DIRECTIONS: From U.S. Highway 421, travel North on the Blue Ridge Parkway to Glendale Springs. At the “Northwest Trading Post” (Milepost 258-259), turn Right onto Old Highway 16 (Old Wilkesboro Road) and travel about 0.9 miles. The property begins on RIGHT, and continues all the way down the mountain. Most of the subject property has frontage on both sides of the road, although in places, the property will front only on the left or the right side along parcels owned by a different landowner.
