Happy New Year!
OK, it’s a new year! Is this the year you’ve
finally resolved to make that large land purchase? If so, you’re
in luck because we have the best selection of large tracts in years.
We have 24 tracts over 100 acres, and numerous smaller parcels in
our inventory.
Why not begin the year by reviewing all of our properties
right here on our website. There are plenty of color photos of these
parcels, so it’s the perfect place to begin your search.
Once you narrow your choices a little, take time
to give us a call and begin making plans for a trip to the mountains.
Even though it’s cold this time of year, the clear air and
lack of leaf-covered trees makes it a great time to see the views
without all the briars and undergrowth of summer. We’ll keep
you warm in a comfortable 4-wheel drive vehicle or, if you’d
rather, take you for an adventurous ride on our Polaris Ranger that
seats 3+ and will go anywhere.
As we’ve told you in the past, your first step
should be a commitment to yourselves that you’re ready to
make a purchase. Once that decision is made, it’s time to
begin looking at suitable properties. When you’re ready to
do that, give us a few days notice so we can spend whatever time
is needed with you. Be sure to allow plenty of time to look at land
– a half-day to a full day is usually required. If you only
have a few hours, consider using our directions for a self-guided
tour on your first trip. Many of our properties are designated as
“FREE LOOK” properties that can be seen from the road.
They are clearly marked with orange flagging and signs for your
convenience.
So . . . when you’re ready to begin your search,
