What's on your
mind?
In last month’s LAND RUSH™ we explained
that autumn is a great time to buy land. The leaves begin falling,
the views open up, and great hiking weather is at hand. So –
if a land buying trip is in your future, tell us more about what’s
on your mind.
Take a few minutes to Email us and do a mental download.
For example what are your thoughts on the following:
• Size – How many acres would you like
to own?
• Price – Give us a range in which you are comfortable
• Location – Have any preferred areas in mind?
• Timeline – How soon would you like to take ownership?
• Features – Want views or streams, open or wooded,
etc.?
• Amenities – Convenience to shopping & restaurants?
• Access – Want road frontage or a private right-of-way?
• Financing – Paying cash or prefer owner or bank financing?
• Planned Use – Hunting, farm, weekend home, family
retreat?
• Commitment – Are you ready to buy or just looking?
Keep in mind that our role when working with land
buyers is to “offer” choices – to expose you to
properties that would meet your objectives. Don’t be concerned
that we’re going to try to “sell” you something
you don’t want. That’s not our style.
