"Tis
The Season...
to visit the mountains!"
By the time you read this
month’s edition of Land Rush OnLine,
you will have both missed an opportunity and gained an opportunity!
If you have not been to
the mountains in the last month, you will have missed our annual
show of color – the spectacular “leaf
change” – the brilliant show of Autumn’s yellow,
orange, red and gold. On the other hand, because the leaves
have now fallen for the Winter season, you’ve gained a great
opportunity to see the long-range views that open up once the leaves
have gone.
Because many of the large
properties we have listed are heavily wooded, the dense leaf
coverage obscures the expansive views offered by most of those
properties. Thus, when you see these properties
in the summer, you cannot see the views. – which can be frustrating
when trying to see one of the most important features a property
has to offer.
So . . . the message this
month is come back now for another visit. If
a land purchase is on your “to do” list, there’s
no better time than December. The weather is often clear
and crisp – but not bitter cold – at this time of year. A
weekend trip to look at land can be a pleasant escape from the
city – and is guaranteed to provide some refreshing exercise
and a bright new outlook on your land buying plans.

you out to the properties that interest you most.
