When was the last time you
strapped on your hiking boots, climbed through 2,000’ of strenuous elevation change, clambered over
rocks & boulders, slogged through mountain streams, all in
a single morning during an icy rain, and then asked to do it again
on a 600-acre parcel in the same afternoon?

But wait! We’ve changed the entire picture – saving
you from bunged-up knees, over-exhaustion, and possibly even a

to climb.

you through all available properties in two short (& effortless)
steps. First, we’ll invite you to our office for a
full review of ALL our properties – from the comfort of our
viewing room. We’ll go over maps, surveys, aerial photos,
and a full-color slideshow on each and every property of interest
to you. We can even take you for a “Virtual Flying
Tour” right over each property, circling the property, even
flying low over the ridges and valleys. This tour and review
of properties will help you identify those with the most potential
for meeting your objectives.
The second step is to visit
those that come closest to meeting your expectations. We do that by touring the property on
our Polaris Rangers. They ride like a golf cart - on steroids – yet
will go anywhere an ATV can go. Because most of our properties
have plenty of old logging trails, we can usually provide a thorough
property tour with none of the old stresses of all-day hiking.
