If you’re thinking of buying land here in the mountains,
you’re also probably wondering where to begin. How
do you find the right property? Where are the best properties? Of
all the properties for sale, how do you decide which ones to visit?
All of those questions make sense – and we think we have
the answers. So . . . you’re invited to pay us a visit.
By simply making an appointment in advance, we invite you to come
to our new office for an in-house visual tour of all available
properties. We’ll treat you to an eight-county visit
to each of our properties without ever leaving your chair.
With the assistance of several technological advances, we’ll
fly you right to each property by air (from your chair – not
an airplane), circle around it, and hover so you can look down
at the ridges, hollows, and streams. Then we’ll take you
on a land tour via an extensive slide show of the hiking trails,
roads, creeks & streams, rock formations, and other features
of each property. Finally, we’ll provide you with detailed
directions to each property so you can drive around on your own
if you choose.
We’ll also be prepared to offer you our full-service approach,
and take you to your choice of the top properties for a personal
inspection. Please allow at least a half or full day depending
on the properties you choose. Because we work in an eight-county
area, most properties are scattered and require extended driving
times.
Our goal is to help you identify and visit mountain properties
with the greatest benefits and least inconvenience to you. With
one visit to our office, you can be ready to begin your search
in earnest – using our “self-service” or “full
service” approach – both at no cost to you.
