Continue to Moderate!"
Good News! Property prices are moderating and you can find
some very attractive reduced asking prices right here on our website!
So . . . now it’s decision time. If you’ve considered
purchasing a large tract of mountain land, it’s time to act – by
paying us a visit. Plan a trip to the mountains and include
us in your itinerary. We’re located right on U.S. Highway
421 between Boone and Wilkesboro.
If you’ll give us some advance notice, we’ll invite
you in for a “virtual tour” of our properties – an
armchair tour that includes plenty of photos, topographic maps,
and aerial photos of our properties. It’s a comfortable “laid-back” way
to get acquainted with prices and properties without wasting your
time driving around nine different counties.
If you prefer to look on your own, come by anyway. We’ll
provide brochures on all our properties with exact driving directions
to each and every one of them. If you’re ready to see
and inspect properties of interest, we’ll take you in style – utilizing
our comfy Polaris Rangers to save all the strenuous hiking. Jeans
and hiking boots are advised regardless – just in case you
have the urge to go “off-trail” to investigate a stream
or rock formation.
You have to admit, you’ll never buy a large mountain tract
online using your credit card. If you’re serious about this
idea, it will take a trip to the mountains to convince you – one
way or the other.
So – let us know your plans. We respond quickly to
Emails and are happy to receive your call during any reasonable
hour including weekends. Tell us your plans and objectives
and we’ll do our best to make the experience worth your while.
As your parents used to say “We’ll leave the light on
