cooling off! "
Last month, I explained that it is now a “seller’s
market” here in the mountains. That means two things – limited
choices and higher prices. Are there still properties available? Yes,
and we are constantly acquiring new properties to sell.
If you still plan to make a purchase, please take the time to
browse through the available properties here on our website. Many
have excellent photos too. Then, pretend a little. Pretend
that you must make a choice of only three properties out of all
those available. Look closely at the photos, measure the
price against your planned expenditure, read the details on location,
elevation, etc. Then, without ever getting into your car,
rate the three best properties in order of their desirability to
you.
Once you’ve finished this little “pretend” exercise,
call us here at Mountain Land Company and set an appointment to
see the properties you’ve chosen. Autumn is the best
time of year for a visit, and we’ll be ready to help your
family turn “pretend” into a “dream come true!”
