Land Development – Cheap Land!
“Buy Land Soon or Miss Out”
“Back to School” is over and so is the summer heat. Now comes the most delightful season of the year – Autumn – or “leaf season” as we say here in the mountains. It’s the time of year when temperatures cool down, spirits soar from renewed energy levels, and a visit to the mountains is in order.
Regarding land for sale, you are currently “at the right place at the right time”. If you’ve considered buying a large tract here in the mountains, be aware that we’re seeing the lowest prices in several years – the bottom of the roller-coaster real estate market – the right place at the right time.
The improving market means two things: 1.) inventories of available property will begin to shrink, limiting your choices and 2.) the renewed demand will cause sale prices to rise. It won’t happen overnight, but if you want to buy land and don’t soon respond to this change in the market, you’re also likely to miss out on some very attractive properties. That’s when the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” excuse will be heard again!
Now, don’t think buying a large land tract is an overnight decision – an impulse purchase. It’s not. It’s really a process that begins when you begin asking for information, start gathering knowledge about land, and make initial inquiries.
That’s where we come in. We’re a locally owned company – in business for 38 years. You’ll find no glitzy national franchise sign at our office, nor will you receive the all-too-common “high-pressure sales tactics”.
We understand land, and we’ll share our knowledge with you. We don’t hold anything back because we feel that if you have the answers you need, and are committed to making a purchase, you will let us know when you’re ready. Until that time, all we ask is that you consider us your best resource for information about land.
If owning a large land tract is in your future, why not begin the process today? You can start by downloading a copy of our popular Land Buyer’s Manual – Carolina Dreaming! In it, I have written about everything I would tell you if we spent the day together looking at land. Topics include everything from surveys, title insurance, pricing, and timber issues to how to dress (beware the “fashion police”) when you go out with us to look at land.
All of our properties can be researched on our website at: www.mountains4sale.com or you can ask us for free brochures on individual properties that catch your eye. In the meantime, we’ll “leave the light on for you” and wait to hear from you!
