MOUNTAIN LAND OWNERSHIP! – January 2008
Buy Land – Your Land Investment Resolution!
“Cheap Acreage Land Investments Can Be Yours!”
WOW! Here we are at the beginning of another New Year!
One of the best things about early January is that you get the chance to see whether you’re really committed to the resolutions you’ve made over the past week or so. Maybe you’ve decided to recommit yourself to your spouse, family, faith, or your physical appearance. Those are all worthwhile commitments!
If you have decided to expand your wealth building in 2008, or you want to build a weekend home in the mountains, a land purchase may be one of your resolutions. As you know, many well-meaning resolutions go unfulfilled once the year begins in earnest. We’ve all experienced the downfall of a well-thought-out set of resolutions.
If you’ve decided this IS the year for your land purchase, begin by breaking this large event into its smaller parts. Here are some of the smaller steps that can lead to the ultimate purchase of your mountain dream property:
- Educate yourself about buying mountain land. Call or Email for your FREE copy of “Carolina Dreaming!” – our land buyer’s manual. It’s just 40 short easy-to-read pages, and the content is everything I would say to you if we spent a day together in the car looking at land. Call 800/849-9225, Email Paul or go to our website at: www.mountains4sale.com for your FREE copy.
- Learn complete details about available properties right from your home. Visit our website at: www.mountains4sale.com and you will find complete information on every property currently on the market – from 14 to 628 acres. Each property listing includes specific details, a topographic map of the property, an aerial photo of the land, and a location map telling you where to find it. There are even driving directions to most properties. Please keep in mind that some are in isolated areas and require a “guide” (one of us) to get you there.
- Try us out by calling either Chris or myself. As you look through our website, you’ll probably have at least a question or two. When that happens we want to hear from you. It’s the best way to get to know us, and we welcome your inquiry. We’re available by phone every day and most reasonable hours each evening, and we answer Email throughout the day.
- Make an appointment to come by our office to discuss your plans. We can provide a “virtual tour” of all our properties from the comfort of our conference room. This saves you time and hours of gas-guzzling driving from property to property. Then, once you’ve identified several properties of interest, we’ll make arrangements to show you the properties.
- Tour properties of interest. We show property from the comfort of our Polaris Rangers. They ride like a golf cart – on steroids – and will go anywhere an ATV can go. This can saves hours of uphill hiking on the steepest of properties, yet keeps you outdoors where you can experience the property up-close and personal.
- Make your choice. Once you decide which property suits you best, we’ll assist you in writing a purchase offer for presentation to the property owner. Once your offer is accepted, we’ll help you follow up on the details involved in closing the transaction. Although we represent the property owner, we will assist you by answering your questions, helping you secure financing, writing the purchase offer, and following up to insure a satisfactory conclusion to your purchase.
So – now it’s up to you. Want to own a large land parcel in the mountains? The choice is yours. We’ll be waiting to hear from you!
Happy New Year!
